Le Conseil municipal est l’organe délibérant de la Commune. Il règle les affaires locales par délibération et adopte notamment : le budget communal ; les plans de développement ; les programmes d’investissement ; les conventions de partenariat ; les opérations foncières ; les règlements municipaux ; les politiques locales.

Article premier le conseil municipal de la commune de Diourbel adopte à l’unanimité des membres présents la création des commissions techniques ci-dessous et l’élection des présidents correspondants et présentées ainsi qu’il suit :

La présente délibération qui est soumise à l’approbation de Monsieur le Préfet du Département de Diourbel sera enregistrée, communiquée et publiée partout où besoin sera.
